First, there were the logistics of coodinating with the owners. We sold an inherited house owned by three people, none of whom lived together, two living out of the state and one in the process of relocating from Florida to Washington at the time.   He not only had to communicate with all three of us, but gather signatures and make sure all the paperwork was properly done.

Second the house itself. A beautiful home, it had some uniques features which moved it from the standard market to appealing to that special buyer who would appreciate the extensive gardens. To that end he advertised widely and held numerous open houses. I think he was in the house more than the resident owner was!
